This is a great rub for on or off the barbecue. This is excellent on pork, chicken, fish, and shellfish. Also, great addition to tacos, burritos, salsa, and BBQ sauces. This is a great rub when you like it a bit spicy. The habanero mixed with the maple sugar is a great combination for summer barbecues. Also great on corn on the cob or mixed in with a marinade. This can also be enjoyed by vegans or vegetarians by adding some to roasted veggies, yams, or chickpeas.
